Every church defines the roles of its board differently. For us, our Elders serve as spiritual leaders who help our staff and church discern how to do ministry faithfully.

 

Our Elders meet once a month to discuss:

- Spiritual development and needs of C3

- Health of the church and staff

- Pressing issues going on in the church

- How to best steward the finances we are blessed with

- Building needs and business management

- Prayer
